 In an art therapy session, clients are invited to work with art materials in whatever way feels right for them. There is no expectation of having art skills, and there is no right or wrong way to create — the focus is on the process of making, not the finished artwork.

Engaging with art materials can be calming and grounding, offering a sensory way to slow down and be present in the moment. Many people find the creative process provides relief, space for reflection, and a renewed sense of connection with themselves.


The artwork is not interpreted by the therapist. If the client chooses, the artwork and the experience of creating can be explored together through conversation, supporting insight, meaning, and self-understanding at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

About the Sessions | Fees and Funding

Art Therapy Sessions

I am a mobile art therapist, offering sessions in the comfort of your home. Individual art therapy sessions are 60 minutes in length and are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and therapeutic goals.

Sessions can also be delivered online via Zoom, providing flexible and accessible options to suit your circumstances.


NDIS Participants

 I support NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding, offering art therapy sessions under the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living support category. 


NDIS Fees

- Session fees are aligned with the current NDIS Price Guide
(currently $156.16 per 60-minute individual session)
 

- Travel time is billed in line with NDIS guidelines and capped at 30 minutes per session
 

- Initial assessments and progress reports are capped at 2.5 hours per report
 

Private Clients

Private sessions are offered at the same base rate as NDIS sessions
(currently $156.16 per 60-minute session).


Travel fees apply for home visits.
